Ofotsu A. Tetteh-Kujorjie is Group Chief Operating Officer of Premier Investment Holdings Limited (PIHL), where he leads operational strategy, governance, regulatory alignment and institutional performance across the Group and its subsidiaries. He also serves as Secretary to the Executive Committee.

He brings more than two decades of international leadership experience spanning over fifteen countries across finance, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications and sovereign advisory. Throughout his career, he has designed governance frameworks, operating models and performance systems that translate strategy into disciplined execution.

He is the Founder and Principal of Terra Strategies Global Limited, an independent strategic advisory practice, and previously served as Senior Advisor for Africa at APCO Worldwide.

As Special Advisor to the Minister for Finance of the Republic of Ghana, Ofotsu advised at ministerial, cabinet and presidential levels on energy and capital market matters. He led the government team responsible for restructuring power purchase agreements with independent power producers, securing commercial agreements that delivered billions of dollars in savings for the Government of Ghana. He also contributed to the restructuring of more than US$1 billion in energy sector liabilities and played a leading role in sovereign capital market transactions, including Ghana’s US$3 billion Eurobond issuance.

Ofotsu has served on the boards of Prudential Bank Limited; Vodafone Ghana, part of the Vodafone Group; and Ghana’s National Pensions Regulatory Authority. At Prudential Bank, he chaired the Cyber and Information Security Committee and held additional committee responsibilities covering credit and risk.He holds engineering degrees from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.Combining the rigour of an engineer, the judgment of a lawyer and the execution discipline of an operating executive, Ofotsu is well positioned to advance Premier Invest’s continued institutional development and growth across Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
